Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays observed in Canada) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays We will make every reasonable effort to send your order as soon as possible after we receive payment, however shipping delays can occur and are outside of our control, we will communicate any known delays when possible.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For flat rate shipping: Your order will be sent letter mail without tracking or insurance.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shine On Nail Wraps is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, if you have not received an email notification of shipment within 5 business days you can contact us at support@shineonnailwraps.com
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shineonnailwraps.com with your name and order number, so that we can look into it for you.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns after delivery. If the order is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier we will either offer to resend the order or to refund the order.
What if my order contains damaged or missing items?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shineonnailwraps.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
